Join Patagonia Baltimore & friends for a fun-filled evening connecting with some of the most active in the local angler community.


Come together to share, learn, and discuss ways to collaborate with many who share a love for fly fishing and who also want to grow that love to be shared with others.


Partners:


Maryland Trout Unlimited (MDTU)-is a volunteer-led grassroots organization, advancing national Trout Unlimited's mission and vision in the greater Baltimore area. MDTU is a chapter of the Mid-Atlantic Council of TU. Their mission is to conserve, protect and restore North America’s coldwater fisheries and their watersheds. And their vision is that by the next generation, Trout Unlimited will ensure that robust populations of native and wild coldwater fish once again thrive within their North American range, so that our children can enjoy healthy fisheries in their home waters.


Tochterman's Fishing Tackle- To say fishing is a family tradition for the Tochterman family would be an understatement. For three generations Tochterman's Fishing Tackle has been helping anglers in the mid-Atlantic region pursue the catch of a lifetime. In 2016 the store celebrated its 100th year of business.

Chesapeake Women Angler's- CWA is a women-led club that is open to all. We foster women’s participation in the sport of fly fishing by provide a welcoming and safe community that promotes friendship and belonging. CWA’s purpose is to promote the sport of fly fishing among its members through a range of fly fishing activities that foster participation, learning, and skills-development. To provide a community for members to meet, fish, socialize and network and encourage the exchange of ideas and knowledge. Encouraging women to participate in fly fishing by providing a welcoming, safe environment that mentors women in the sport through women-led activities and fostering a sense of belonging by valuing and amplifying the voices, perspectives and learning styles of women. Promoting environmental awareness and conservation and advance sustainable, ethical fly fishing practices that are consistent with the preservation of game fish resources. And promoting sportsmanship and the spirit of fellowship among anglers.


Coastal Conservation Association MD- Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) is a non-profit organization comprised of 19 state chapters spanning the Gulf of Mexico, Pacific and Atlantic seaboards. CCA and its state-chapter network are engaged in hundreds of local, state and national programs and projects related to marine conservation, including initiating scientific studies, funding marine-science scholarships, building artificial reefs, creating finfish hatcheries, initiating hydrologic and contaminant studies, monitoring the quality and quantity of freshwater inflows, supporting local marine law enforcement and more. Through broad-based recreational angler support, a strong legal and legislative presence, more than 25 years of experience and an unwavering vision for the future of U.S. and global marine resources, CCA will continue to battle for the health and longevity of our coastal fisheries and for recreational anglers’ interests in them.


Gunpowder Valley Conservancy- The Gunpowder Valley Conservancy (GVC) is a Baltimore County-based land trust and watershed restoration nonprofit organization. Formed in 1989, GVC is committed to clean water for the two million people who live in, visit or benefit from the Gunpowder Watershed by preserving land, restoring ecosystems, and encouraging people to become environmental stewards. Their mission is to engage, connect, and inspire people to preserve and restore the Gunpowder Watershed.
